A vibrant, refreshing Third Eye Mocktail Elixir designed to awaken your senses and bring a little magic to your glass. Made with antioxidant-rich blackberry juice, calming lavender simple syrup, and hydrating coconut water. This stunning purple drink is perfect for slow mornings, mindful sipping, or an elevated weekend ritual.
Ingredients
- ½ cup blackberry juice
- ½ cup coconut water
- 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons lavender simple syrup (recipe below)
- Ice cubes
- Fresh mint leaves and fresh lavender for garnish
- ½ cup water
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon dried culinary lavender buds
Directions
- In a small saucepan, combine the water and sugar. Bring to a gentle boil, stirring until the sugar fully dissolves.
- Remove from heat and stir in the dried lavender buds.
- Cover and let steep for about 15 minutes.
- Strain the syrup through a fine mesh strainer to remove the lavender buds.
Let the syrup cool completely before using. (Store any extra syrup in the fridge for up to one week, delicious in teas or other mocktails!)
- In a glass or cocktail shaker, combine the blackberry juice, coconut water, and lemon juice.
- Add the lavender simple syrup and stir well to combine.
- Fill your serving glass with ice cubes.
- Pour the elixir over the ice.
- Garnish with fresh mint and a sprig of lavender.
- Serve immediately, sip mindfully, and enjoy your weekend magic in a glass.
Recipe Note
- You can substitute blueberry juice or a mixed berry blend if blackberry isn’t available.
- Try adding a splash of sparkling water for a little fizz.
- For a richer herbal note, add a sprig of rosemary or thyme to the garnish.
- Want a deeper purple hue? Add a few muddled blackberries to the base of your glass.
- Want it boozy? Add in a shot of your favorite clear liquor.
