- Queso cheese
- Refried beans

Directions
- Prep the oven
- Preheat to 400°F (200°C).
- Start the base
- In a casserole dish, spread a thin, even layer of refried beans. Top with seasoned taco meat, then drizzle generously with queso cheese.
- Layer it up
- Place a large flour tortilla over the mixture. Repeat with more beans, taco meat, queso, and a tortilla — building about 5 layers in total.
- Top and bake
- Pour mild sauce evenly over the top tortilla. Bake uncovered for 10–15 minutes, until heated through and the top is golden and bubbly.
